Founded in 2012 and handled by Lyon’s university students from all majors and universities alike, LyonMUN's objective is to create and host  one of the best United Nations simulations that takes place every year: The LyonMUN event.

Supported by the Jean Moulin University Lyon III, the University of Lyon II, the Lyon Catholic University, as well as dozens of student organizations linked to these universities or the United Nations simulation field, LyonMUN celebrates the power of youth in international matters. We pride ourselves in representing 4 official United Nations languages: English, French, Spanish and Arabic in our committees. Gathering around 300 students from all around the world, notorious speakers and no less than thirty different countries represented every year. Our conference is built to help youth access the knowledge and love for global issues of today's world.

Along with our conference and its incredible social events, participants and delegates will have the opportunity to discover and appreciate Lyon’s town at its finest: its university lifestyle, historical heritage, culture, and gastronomy.
